Best and most versatile gym around. Worth the drive to Lisbon. Whether it's free weights, machines, treadmills, crossfit, rockclimbing, spin classes, tennis, they've got just about everything. The owner (Matt) even showed up at my house some years ago cause he knew I was moving that day. Best looking clientele too;)!
These folks run a great business. I have used several of their classes (CBS and CrossFit) and they have helped me achieve my fitness goals.
Really enjoy coming here. They have all the tools I need to build a better body, mind and soul.
The professional coaches at Evergreen helped Tucker accomplish his goals for ski racing. The team helped him learn how to have proper form for weight lifting and helped him balance his workouts to prevent injury. Tucker looks forward to returning to prepare for the next season.
When I moved to NH I was worried about finding a workout routine that would fulfill my needs. As a person who works out daily, tracks PRs, and is very picky about my food, I found somewhere that talks about everything I care about. That place is Evergreen and Mt Washington Crossfit is better than I could have imagined!
