It looked like mostly powder + liquid mixes but the chai tasted great and service was fast and easy.
Frequently closed during posted business hours. Today when I went by in midmorning, the open sign was on, but the kiosk was unmanned. Waited for several minutes; no one returned. Annoying.
Best caramel frap I've ever had. Whipped cream tastes like my mom's! Not weird as flavorless like most coffee shops.
