Ryan acts like a big shot, like he's got everything handled but it's a front. He's hard to get ahold of, unresponsive and don't expect to hear from him first, ever. He will let you walk into court uninformed and unprepared. I received public defender services at private council prices. All in all he's a dud, I would not recommend.
