The car was reserved for a specific time but they were not there with a car. I had to call to get someone to bring me the car.nnThe car reeked of cigarettes. They tried to cover it with cheap perfume and a lot of it. It made it worse and I still have a headache. Perfume does not cover the smell of cigarettes. I had to drive around the whole time with the window down to try to air it out. This alone would be a reason I wouldn't rent from them again.nnIt was not the type of car I reserved. And the check engine light was on. Don't rent out a car with a check engine light on regardless of the reason it is onnnI travel a lot and I cannot remember the last time there was a mileage limit. Here it is 250 miles.nnWhen I looked to reserve it is the rental car agency that claims to be at the airport. I don't think they are. There's certainly no counter, etc. Definitely misleading.nnPros: Owners are very friendly.
We are from out of town and were stranded in McCook when our car broke down. Terry picked us up and brought us to the office so that we could rent a car to use while our vehicle was towed and repaired. What a life-saver. Awesome, dependable service!
