Food was great but the 2 female employees working by the fryer this afternoon for lunch have got to go! There's no room in this world for the extreme vulgar language, name calling, complete lack of customer service. The heavyset 1 that gave me my food was so rude and had attitude like I was an inconvenience to have eaten there. Hearing the way those 2 talked in the kitchen and then watching them on their phones with gloved hands and then not changing them then touch the food made me lose my appetite. They had their phones in their hands more often than not. Very disappointed. What happened to good clean customer service? This is not a place to take your family
Excellent burgers and all the food really. The service is a little slower but so worth the wait! Yummy!
I love love love the burgers here. The fries and ice cream are good too. In my opinion the best fast food burger in Columbus!
It was my first time going to the one in Columbus. Very clean, great service, and it was all done pretty quick. We drove all the way from Norfolk and were not disappointed!
