Large order. 4 sandwiches with fries all in one bag. The fries were everywhere. Then we asked if the mozzarella sticks were in the bag and they said yes. Well you guessed it. No mozzarella sticks. Who gets screwed at the drive thru? Lenny and in this case me gets screwed at the drive thru
Slowest fast food in Columbus. Food has the potential to be really good but they often mess up your order and they don't seem to care about freshness
Employees mess up, customers pay...nnMissing food items and got the wrong sandwich. Called to complain and all they would do is put us down for a free fry?? $19 down the drain. Lady was very rude on the phone and not helpful whatsoever. No wonder nobody goes there anymore. Employees were nice but the manager should work in a factory where they don’t deal with customers!
Very disappointed the young man that handed us are food was real rude. Wasn't the same One that took are order. Food was cold .. order was missing one frie and I asked for ketup and didn't receive any. And we got one napkin for 2 meals.. will be a while before we go again.if ever . And that's a shame cuz I just look the whopper's. And than our shakes were not mixed up . I ordered chocolate and have very little in it. And it looked like they just dropped a couple squirt of chocolate than stured
Lent season. Fast fish. Not as hot as it should have been but still OK.
