Domino's Pizza

This dominos is not good. They messed my order up. Didn't give me the pizza for free and put it back on the warmer for someone else to eat After I had opened it and touched it. Then made me wait longer for the correct pizza which was slopped together. It was under cooked. I had to wait a good hour. I only go to pizza hut. Their pizza taste better anyways. They will give me a pizza for free if they mess up, give me a complimentary cookie pizza or anything else on the house and knock off my order. Domino's sucks. Go to pizza hut instead.

I like the Columbus Dominos Pizza location. It's clean, the staff is usually friendly and my order is almost always ready when I get there. The only exception is when I placed the order right before leaving my office but, I only had a five minute wait.

My friend had this happen in Columbus Domino’s. They had no gloves no masks and she was making people's food after she wiped her nose and her apron made a pizza didn't wash her hands at all. No one was wearing a mask .. n all they had to say was the requirements got lifted. And she had her bare hands on dough cheese and meats for people's pizzas. They didn’t care at all about being reported.

Awesome service and customer focus. Eager to correct an issue with two out of three pizzas overcooked, providing replacements at no charge a week later after showing photos.
