Nice campground run by very nice people. Breakfast available every morning and the cook was great! Live music Friday and Saturday evenings. Loved the Heartland Jammers! Almost forgot Ice cream on Sundays! Heartland was very conveniently located to start your Mt Rushmore adventure. A note...please don't try to pull your large camper/RV s thru the tunnels. We've seen a lot of damage done to some nice rigs..

Good Wifi and cable. Good pull through full service spots. Good friendly people, really very nice. Dusty, noisy from highway but a great launching site for Mt. Rushmore, Black Hills UTV tour, Custer Park, Bison Pens, Iron Mountain, Custer game park, Needles, Deadwood and much more. We felt safe and secure. Laundry was good too. Generally a safe, full service utility stop, not one for ambience. Having cable and Wifi was worth the week we spent there. They lose a star for road noise. Everything else is 5 stars.

This is a large well kept park. The amenities are excellent; pool, hot tub, exercise room, laundry, office store, event center, breakfast available and much more. It is close to everything on the south black hills. We will be back

Freindly helpful staff..breakfast on premises at a low cost...well maintain grounds...daily events offered...would definitely visit again!
