Pizza Hut

The app kept locking me out! I tried to change the password 4 times. On the 5th time, the app said that my email was invalid! I wanted to use my points for a free pizza. I had to order as,a guest. The food was great. The service was great. But, someone needs to fix the app!!!

8/2020 --Over 1.5 hours for a pizza to be delivered. Covid-19, over it, I'll wait. Food was soggy and cold. Tried to call store 6 times and no one answered the phone. This happened to us 2 times about a month apart. Tried call a 3 td time, to order carry out and no answer. It's 630 at night , why are you not answering your phones?! Done giving them a chance.

The food was good and the cook awesome. Our server was awful. She clearly didn't want to be there. She left unannounced in the middle of her shift, leaving us with empty glasses and no ticket.

Service was wonderful. Made us feel welcome

At this point I don't care how the pizza taste. I just want it. I ordered at a little after 3 for a 6pm deliver and it is 20 minutes past that. My kids are bawling from hunger.nEdit: Took away a star. It got here and it was cold.
