Food was great. Dining Room was clean. Employees were friendly and got our food out quickly.
The Philly's are always good. My biggest complaint is the fries no matter what pepper jax you go to the fries are always under cooked and limp. Please make your own get away from the packaged fries.
Worse food I ever had! I think had 4 small pieces of chicken. Flavor of everything was bad.nCustomer service was good!
Food was decent, but sanitation needs some work. The girl who made our food might as well just take off her mask completely because it was down on her chin anyways. The person who ripped open the bread completely shredded it so my sandwich had to be eaten in a completely different manner than a Philly is supposed to. Also a tip for the food preparers... When wearing gloves, once you handle raw meat, change your gloves ... When you touch your face/hair, change your gloves! We also ate here before the dinner crowd (4:45 pm) and there was still food, old napkins, etc on the floor.
We love pepperjax. The food is outstanding and reasonably priced. The only reason they get 4 stars is because they switched to a smaller less tasty shrimp. And shrimp burritos were my favorite menu item
