Great place to view the Sandhill Crane Migration. Get there at least an hour before sunset or sunrise if you want to get a convenient parking place. Two observation decks provide plenty of space to eat the cranes come in and out of the river in the evening and morning. It's a short drive to the Rowe Sanctuary from here.
It turned out to be a great place to see the sandhill cranes both at sunrise and sunset!!
Was a great ,place to view sandhill cranes at sunset. Saw them land onto the river in front of sunset pictures cannot give it justice.
Easter sunrise watching these lovelies was a beautiful and spiritual experience.
