My husband and I needed a place to get our hair cut for the summer season in Custer. Laura has been able to get us in and has done a fabulous job. I am extremely picky on my haircuts and I have been happy every time I left her salon. We would recommend her to anyone.
Laura deserves more than five stars! Her salon is like her personality: friendly, warm, and welcoming. Her talent with my gray coverage is amazing and her styling skills are absolutely fabulous. She’s the best!!
My sisters and I have been going to Laura for years and she always does our hair color and cut perfectly! Last time I saw her I sat down in her chair and she already knew exactly what I wanted, no explanation needed. I have bleached blonde hair and even after years of dyeing it my hair still feels super healthy thanks to her. Same goes for my sisters’ hair! She’s a hair wizard and can do platinum blonde, soft balayage, colorful rainbow hair, whatever you want. She’s won so many hair awards and yet her prices are still so affordable (and needless to say 10000% worth every penny). For over 10 years Laura has been the only person I’ve consistently trusted with my hair. She has seen me through making crazy decisions in my early 20’s (box dye mishaps, deciding I needed to be blonde, etc) and created the most beautiful red formula for my hair, I like any I’ve ever seen. Even when I moved away for 4 years the only person I wanted to do my hair was her! She’s also incredibly sweet and encouraging and someone I genuinely enjoy spending my time with!
I've been going to Laura for close to two years now. When I first moved to Reno, I tried a couple other people first because she was so booked I could not get in! When I did get an appointment, I knew I had found my stylist and will stick Laura forever! I book my appointments with Laura when she travels to Reno from SD and it works out great. She knows what I want done to my hair better than I do and teaches me the best way to style it and helps with the best shampoo/conditioner/product, etc. Get on her books before she gets too full. You won't be disappointed!
