I was there with my husband and brother-in-law for their rural school program. Lots of information excellently exhibited and a rural school setting where you could answer questions on a chalkboard that was electronically operated. Very clever! There was chicken soup, which was excellent and cookies to decorate, crafts to do. All were donations accepted. It was fun.

This is a good space for conferences. The large open windows can make the PowerPoint screen hard to see in the daytime.

This is such a special place in Steele County. They tell the Owatonna, Ellendale, Blooming Prairie, and Medford stories.

It is a nice facility that they rotate fairly often. They keep researchers on staff to keep the content fresh. They also use the dining room often for pu lic events and fundraisers.
