I was pushing a flat tire down the road. This awesome guy offered me a lift to the tire shop down the street.nnA great guy for sure !

I was on a solo motorcycle trip from the west coast of Oregon, summer of 2014. My bike died on the road into town. Full electrical fail. A passing sheriff deputy suggested I roll down the road to Rushmore Automotive.nI got there and was greeted by a gent who told me he didn't know much about motorcycles but would do his best to help me. He hooked me up to his charger and charged my battery which was completely drained, checked my connections, and tightened a couple things. It started, and ran well, getting me home to Oregon.nI had cash in hand and tried to offer to pay him for his service, but he flatly refused.nI offered my sincere gratitude and a handshake instead.nWhile I was there, several locals came by with work to be done as well...saying that I had broken down at THE best place in the area.nThank you sir for helping me get home.

Seeing all of the positive reviews, it was unfortunate that our experience was so different. We found the man there to be incredibly rude. And just so everyone knows- he does not own the car wash. He will bite your head off if you make that mistake.
