I was having a hard time choosing between two very nice toys when the sales gals recommended a toy by evolved. I was concerned about that particular one because I didn’t know if it would work for me personally. I was told it was amazing and better than the other one I wanted because of the warranty alone. I was told it was a 5 year warranty and the company itself would take the toy back if I wasn’t satisfied. Well after about 120 dollars, I took my new toy home and gave it a shot. Just like I suspected, it didn’t work well for me personally. I kept all of my packaging and receipts, talked to some reps with the company over the phone. I actually can’t return the toy unless it’s broken basically, and I’d just get a replacement. I’m very disappointed as a first time customer. Nothing like spending good money on something that won’t be able to get you off ☹ufe0f
