Fast service, great company. Have ordered from them twice now and will be returning again. Just ordered from them for the 3rd time, they have a good loyalty program.
Got a product from this company and then 2 days later found it for over $100 less at a competitors site. When I called to ask for a price match I was told to pound sand. Even after telling the customer service person I would return my product to them and buy their competitors.
Did not receive the helmet that was described on the website, when I contacted customer service I was told I had to contact Bell directly. I contact Bell and they tell me this helmet is no longer available and it will take 6-8 weeks for a refund. This company is selling a helmet that they don’t even have and doesn’t even exist anymore and then they have no customer service. Won’t ever buy anything from here or Bell again, I’m now stuck with a helmet I don’t want or stuck waiting 6-8 weeks for a refund. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars and buy from amazon.
Poor customer service, didn’t tracking information until I requested it, horrible and complicated return/exchange policy. Should have purchased through Amazon.
