I have been taking lessons from Eric for more than 5 years. In that time I have moved from absolute beginner to writing my own songs and recording them. Eric has been with me the whole way! He is very encouraging and helps you get over the bumps that happen when learning something new. He is able to teach a wide variety of music styles and get you started with GarageBand if you want. Wonderful guy!!!
Eric is a fabulous teacher. Along with learning to play the guitar he has also taught me some music theory that I don't recall ever learning before in years of playing piano and singing. He is now teaching my kids guitar as well and he has amazing patience and a gentle teaching style that puts them at ease. He's the best.
I started Ukelele lessons with Eric almost a year ago. I had lost my music soul and needed to find it again. I’m a classical trained pianist. So this was a new experience with chords and strings and fingers. His patience is amazing and his sense of humor inspiring. I recommend Eric for anyone whether novice or seasoned musician who wants to take a new journey.
