It's a nice park but this day was chilly so I didn't stay long.
Best Riverside Park west of Riverside. Sweet spot for barbeques.
Lovely large Panoramic park with spectacular view of the Mississippi River having dense areas of trees and plenty of open areas for picnics; adjacent to west river road close to downtown Minneapolis and the University of Minnesota
Plenty of open space, underutilized and great location. There is one small light in the center of the park for evening BBQs (bring your own grill)..
This park is my old stumping ground...it's still a great place to play kids and adults. Soccer field, volleyball area, basketball court and playground.
