Very poor customer service! Sales staff all running around with their heads cut off! Although knowledge of the various designer brands, they are so quick to make your sale then on to the next individual. I waited just over one and a half hours to be helped with a suit that I spent $415.00 for and felt like I was hardly worth their time! When my suit came in, I was very briefly helped by my assigned salesman who promptly passed me off to another member of the sales team to mark my pant length only because none of them knew where the tailor was who obviously didn't show up for work as scheduled. the sales staff were all openly talking about it and expressing their discontent! Odd and uncomfortable not to mention unprofessional!nNow, just when you thought this was bad enough, I learned that my group order also involved a vest which none of the sales team discussed with me! Really! So, now I have to go back again and get fitted and better NOT have to pay more for the vest they neglected to mention that was include.nNot a good experience but what other options do we have at this time?nGuess I will research that!

My now husband and I came in to start our search for his suit for our wedding a couple months ago. Michelle assisted us and was absolutely fantastic!! She wasn't phased that we had little idea of what exactly we were looking for and she helped us find the perfect suit in ten minutes. When I sneakily showed her a picture of my wedding dress, she helped pick out the perfect tie to complement the floral patterns. He intended to shop around more, but he ended up going back to buy the suit Michelle helped us find. I cannot stress enough how wonderful she was to work with and how comfortable she made us feel. He also used the in house alternation service and they did a great job!

We had a great experience with Zach picking out suits for our wedding. He helped us find the right suit for us at a great price. He was courteous and helpful, and he didn’t try and upsell us. Very pleased with our shopping trip!

I can’t vouch for the rest of the employees here but let me tell you about Michelle. This woman was the MOST helpful and attentive person I’ve ever done business with. She knows exactly what she’s talking about and exactly what you’re looking for even if you have no idea what you’re looking for. She’s stylish and sweet. We weren’t planning on buying but we did! And we were in and out (measured and fitted, alterations talk) in probably 20 minutes. Michelle deserves the biggest raise and praise for all her hard work. THANK YOU MICHELLE!!!!
