I absolutely love this location! The customer service is excellent. I’m always treated with such kindness and attention! Thomos and Rachel were very attentive and friendly this last visit. They took the time to help me find the exact products/shades that were fitting for me. Rachel even talked me into getting their store credit card.. SO worth it! I’m excited to come back and take advantage of all my card perks!

The people who work here are nice, unfortunately their COVID 19 policies are a nightmare and I will never shop here again. Store policy is only 4 people allowed in at a time and they don’t place time limits for guests when there is a long line. Also, you have to wait in line for the store if you want to do a return (the only reason I’m here today). So effectively some girl could come in with her boyfriend ( now 2 of the four allowed in store) leisurely browse forever and everyone else just has to wait. No thank you.nnPlease implement a policy to efficiently and fairly address the time allowed to guests and also to fast track return only transactions.

The associates that helped me were fantastic!! It didn't feel like I was being 'sold' on anything. They were very knowledgeable about everything. I wish I remembered their names to give a shout out for amazing work!!

Spent 15 minutes walking around and had questions about a couple products. Unfortunately the 2 sales person working were too busy conversing with each other to assist me or the other 3-4 people looking at products. I'll never visit this Sophia again. I thought it would be convenient because I was also shopping at Penny's. I can only hope that if I decide to visit another Sephardic location the customer service is based on serving the customer rather than the sales clerks entertaining each other.nn4:45 pm 10/3/20nCarol Heltzer
