I’ve always had great service when going into this store, ordering by phone or online. I was in a couple of months ago and got some maternity scrubs and they were beyond helpful, especially since this was my first pregnancy, in guiding me in what I needed. Even when busy, they are very focused on your needs, which is very appreciated. I just called in to order more of a specific maternity scrub and they were exceptional in looking up what I ordered before and pulling it ahead of time for me to pick up again. Amazing service with great attitudes and advice makes it very easy to shop here!

The ladies that work at this store are all so kind and accommodating! I was searching for a very specific pair of scrubs and every time I come in, I am greeted with excellent customer service. They worked very hard to try to find the right pair of scrubs, and took the time to order them for me when we couldn't find them in store! They are the scrub experts in Rochester, so I highly recommend this store!nnThere are many different selections at this store and it offers tall/petite sizes in different brands. There is also a Mayo Clinic 20% employee discount for purchases in store and ordering in store as well.
