Poor service and lack of sizes. I was ignored even though they were not busy and I know both associates saw me. I didn't dress up and wondered if they were snubbing me for wearing jeans and athletic shoes?! I found this very rude as they weren't busy with other customers. No hello, good-bye, may I help you, or thanks for coming!nLooked through dozens of bras. No bras bigger than DDD. Even though I could've ordered from the store I decided I would NOT give a penny to them. I went to my car & ordered online. I should've done that in the first place! Tanger Outlet LB has much better customer service and variety of sizes.

Lane Bryant is a great store for larger-chested ladies to shop at. This is the only place I purchase my intimates from, as their line of braziers are the only ones I can find for me that are comfortable as well as stylish. The staff are usually friendly and helpful; sometimes I feel like they are too occupied in their conversations or with work tasks; half the time I have to wait a while to check out because of this. Overall the store does well and I don't hesitate to return for more items.

Nice selection of clothes. Cute patterns. But...their clothes do run a little small.
