Mechanic was great, customer service was not. Brought our RZR in to get fixed and the top had gone missing while in their possession. First, they told us it didn't have one when we brought it in. Then, they told us they couldn't find a replacement. Finally, they lied to our insurance agent when he called to check into the situation. The mechanic we dealt with was great, but customer service was terrible. Rude, dismissive, and wouldn't stand behind anything they told us.
