Bring back the dollar menu items, a corona19 special for those struggling but sometimes just really need a good cheeseburger. 2 of these stars go directly to the creation of the cookie frosty definitely worth the trip.

Stopped in for a quick bite to hold me over until supper. Had a junior bacon cheeseburger. It hit the spot!

When wanting to add 2 extra frostys for my grandparents I got attitude and was told I have to tell them at the speaker well let me tell you I was on the full with my grandparents at the time so if I want to add something extra it shouldn't be a big deal. Thats your job get over it or don't work there.

Went through the drive-thru at about 5:30 Friday, after being too busy to eat all day, was really looking forward to Wendy’s since I cannot normally get it where I’m from. We ordered 2 simple meals... we weren’t asked what size we wanted & in my experience the standard meal is a medium, so I thought nothing of it... until we saw that we got smalls. The person working the mic was also too busy laughing at something to listen so we had to repeat our order 4 times. We drove up to the 1st window but saw nobody & with Covid we thought maybe they were only using one window, so we drove up to the next one & waited... and waited... until they opened the window to give us our drinks & realized we were in fact supposed to pay at the unmanned 1st window. After getting all of that corrected, we were given our food with messy sauce & no napkins, and hardly any of the toppings. After a long day, we were left disappointed by this interaction. Upon further inspection trying to File a complaint, we found that you’re unable to without a receipt... which we never got. So that brings me here, ultimately unhappy & unsatisfied

Burnt frys, crabby service, poor attitude. Needs slot of improvement. I would expect that in Sioux falls not yankton, lazy people working there. I'll not return anytime soon.
