We flew to Yankton from Omaha to hike at lewis clark lake for the day. After hiking we went to Mexico Viejo for a late lunch. The decor was nice in a mexico theme. The booths were cozy for us and perfect for a date. The service was excellent. The waiter was very friendly and very attentive. We ordered the beef enchiladas and just shared a plate because we were not super hungry and beans and rice and chips and salsa and everything was perfect. Just what we had hoped for. We'll definitely go back next time we're in Yankton South Dakota
Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant. If my understanding is correct, it has a bit of a Texas influence, but I love it. The atmosphere is by far the best I have ever see in a Mexican restaurant. Finally, the staff is incredible.
Mexico Veigo is an amazing dining experience! It is always my first choice of restaurant whenever we are eating out. The food is delicious, the staff is great, and the atmosphere is wonderful! I won't eat salsa from anywhere else!! I highly recommend Mexico Veigo! Order the beef burrito and rice or the fajitas!!
flew into Yankton for one day and decided to stop in for lunch. Service was excellent food was good prices are reasonable. I would definitely go back.
Always good food and great service! They go above and beyond to make everything great! Generally the food comes fast, but there are times when its busy and takes a bit. It's to be expected.
