U was passing through town and saw their truck. I picked up a Pork burrito and it was amazing. Very friendly service. Definitely recommend them.

As a Southern Californian who lived in Baja California for years, I can say that Chaparros is hands down the best casual Mexican place for burritos and tacos for what feels like hundreds of miles in any direction. Also the only place I can find genuine Agua de Jamaica made with actual flower (Iced Hibiscus Tea). thank god for this place, otherwise I would be hungry and thirsty all the time here in yankton.

Go for the burritos. They dont disappoint. I really like the shrimp. They load it full of shrimp and the hot sauce is just enough. Also the burrito is not dry. Load it up!!

Expensive and disappointing, over loaded amounts of cilantro, more shell than filler, and needs way more seasoning. Was hoping it would be like others have described, doesn't live up to the hype
