Large selection. Friendly and helpful staff. They are the experts on swim wear and equipment. I wouldn't go any other place. Can order on line also. Good service.
Everything swimming! This is a store attached to a swim school. They had so many choices of suits. The staff is super knowledgeable. The store has a large selection of suits, goggles and swimming caps. I will recommend! Shopped for my 10 year old.
I bought a swim parka for my daughter, it was well over $100. Unfortunately we found out on Christmas morning that the zipper was broken. They will not replace the zipper or refund the product. Marnie Gulsvig was quick to point out that the product was customized with my swimmer’s name and was purchased more than 30 days prior. They offered me a $25 credit towards a new parka. This IS a new parka, and has never been worn. Poor customer service. I will just pay a seamstress to replace the zipper but will never purchase another item through Elsmore.
