Thank goodness the pizza was tasty, otherwise I don't think I would give them more than a 1/2 a star. First visit to this Pizza Hut and probably last except maybe for takeout--they seem to appreciate those customers. ud83dude27
The man that took my order was rude and could not get my order right. I had to explain it 4 times and he was irritated. All I wanted was light sauce on half the pizza as the little boy I babysit for thinks it’s spicy. He kept repeating my order saying no sauce on half. Aaahhh. Then he’s like ‘ok let’s try this again.’ Like it was my fault. I have frequently found the employees there to be very rude. I probably won’t order from there anymore.
I used my points to redeem a large pizza. Forgot to check the store location but the manager was able to fix the issue and reroute my pizza. Awesome service
Always enjoyed the buffet here. Always had good fun going here, despite the food not always being my fave. The stuffed crust is always good, though.
Love the food, but they need to work with the app better. I know for myself and other college students, we look at the app to see where it is because we are in our dorm rooms. On the app, we see that it is being made, but it might actually be on delivery or they actually tried to deliver it. Please work better with the app
