Due to work and food allergies I can here five days a week for two months. The summer job crew was kind of rough. You could tell they were kids with their first time jobs or just really close to that.... now witnessing the change over to their fall crew I’m very impressed. They all had my order memorized in a very short amount of time and recognized me as a regular. I wish this crew was at my local jimmy johns. Food was always good. Maybe not freaky fast but I always came in during lunch rush.... that being said I never waited over five minutes for my food. They do good work.
Managers don’t hold their employees accountable. They blame the customer at all costs. Subpar food to begin with. Not fast in this town even on a good day. The managers will harass you on your personal Facebook to avoid being recorded on the company line.
Horrible service. Waited for 40 minutes for our food, when I asked how much longer for our sandwiches it was found that our ticket was lost. Left with no sandwiches. Yes they were busy but an apology would have definitely been warranted.
Good place for a cold sandwich. The combo packs are the way to go
I had quite a delicious sandwich there today for lunch. It was the only thing I've eaten. And I have just spent a brutal half hour on the stool. Jimmy John's is the only culprit.
