Staff are always helpful and polite. Prices are always reasonable. Store is clean inside. Parking lot is clean. Bathrooms are usually clean, about 95% of the time. The food is delicious and freshly made. Pizza is hot at home if pick up. Soda, coffee, icee, and ice cream machines are in good working order 98% of the time. Gas prices are reasonable compared to local competition. Location is nice with easy access to multiple highways as well as close to the college. This location has rewards points that can be used for many items including gas. I highly recommend this location over the local competing gas stations. Service is so much better.

North side Detroit Lakes Caseys Staff stands around talking while you wait in line. If they aren't doing that, then they are busy acting like ringing you up inconveniences them. Staff also parks all their cars right by the doors making close parking or parking for those who are disabled nonexistent. Have been using this Cstore for years before work but it's gone completely downhill in less than a year due solely to its staff. Jan2021
