I was disappointed on yesterday. The lady at the door wasn't friendly ud83dude12 disturbing. I had seen some bras on my phone on sale at Victoria Secrets and she rudely told me they didn't have clearance items. I have spent a lot of money at this location but after that I'm not sure I will return to this location.

Went into the store at Westland Mall today to return something I got online and saw the new color selection of my favorite bra!nA lady by the name of Jay greeted me and asked if I needed help with anything.nI told her I was just returning something.nI returned the items but I couldn’t stop staring at the new colors of those bras.nI went to find Jay and she helped me size myself again since I lost 30 pounds and she also taught me how to measure myself for future reference.nShe was such a delight.nAfter the measurement lesson, she showed me where to find my size bras (36ddd) and they actually had every color in stock!nShe even went above and beyond when she helped me look for the 5/$30 panties to match the 2 bras I was buying.nShe was such a delight and if you need any help, ask for her because not only is she informative but so pleasant.nThank you Jay for your OUTSTANDING customer service!

Have been shopping at Victoria’s Secret for years now but today they really rubbed me the wrong way. I Have been a card holder with them for a few years and recently stopped using it to track my finances better, letting the account close. Today I was told I could reopen my card and save $15 and since I spend a lot of money here I decided to reopen. After reopening my card I was told I can’t use the $15 off until I receive it on the mail. Left without the items I was trying to purchase and don’t plan on returning.

I don't shop at the mall for Victoria's Secret but this day I wanted to stop in. There service has improved 100%. I was well taken care of. The floor person was wonderful. She assisted me and was so pleasant. I would definitely stop by very soon. Great job Victoria Secret personnel. ud83dude03ud83dude03
