Technician Kevin did an outstanding replaced my mom garage door springs besides fixing the garage door spring Kevin also ensure the garage door are properly open and close and the gap is good. This guy absolutely know what’s he doing. outstanding job. Chris has been very nice and answered all the question I have. He also scheduled me the same day within 2 hours before technician arrived. Wonderful job by their guy, Adrian. Came out on a Sunday to investigate the issue. He figured it out pretty quickly. He provided me with three options and a good explanation of what each one would entail. He carried out his work efficiently and professionally. Very satisfied with the new garage door opener, would use Element Garage Dοοr Rеpair again.
Element Garage Dοοr Rеpair were able to show up after obtaining the part necessary and they were within their original time frame and everything. Very nice guys and they repaired our Lift master gate within minutes. I would definitely call them again if something were to ever break. Easy 5 stars. Thanks again!
Element Garage Dοοr Rеpair is a great company to work with. I am not sure who I spoke with on the phone but he was very nice, listened to the problem I was having with my garage door, gave me an idea of what it sounded like and a range of estimates. I called late afternoon / early evening and they had someone come out the next afternoon. Kyle was very friendly and courteous and did a great job fixing the spring on the door and explaining everything to me. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use them for any garage door needs in the future. Thanks guys!
