This place is the best run 7-11 in all of Wayne county. There is no attitudes or thinly veiled contempt for the customers just good old-fashioned love and appreciation for those who do business with them.
Extremely rude blonde cashier in the morning, came into the store at about 6:30am to be met with a cashier who is extremely unprofessional and down right rude calling me out of my name and saying all sorts of disrespectful things & when I asked for a manager she stated she was the manager.. if these are the type of people 7-Eleven hires in leadership roles then there is a serious problem with in the company that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I frequent at 7-Eleven and would hate to have to find another retailer but I will not hesitate if I’m constantly having issues with their rude and unprofessional staff members.
For a 7-11, this place is great. All of the employees are super friendly and remember people who stop in. We like to stop here because they have some of the best baked goods around. The blueberry muffins and brownie bites are amazing!
Nice place.
this store ripped off my Grandson who bought $200.00 in Amazon cards that do not work. The Manager/Owner claimed he wasn't the store owner. Would not fix the situation, me, I had to call the police, file a law suit, called Corporate, waiting for Case # from them. My next step will be Help me Hank WDIV Click on Detroit, we will see what happens then. That is a minus 5 stars
