This is the best Pilot I have been to. It's a small place and very cozy. Store is clean and very friendly staff. Showers were clean and most of all the towels were fresh and fluffy. William does a good job. Compared to all the other Pilots I have been to, this is the best. Other Pilots need to change the towels more often and not have them all nasty. Stop cleaning the floor with the towels we use. Have a different mop or something to do the cleaning. It is horrible to know that the towels we use are the same ones they use to clean up the floor.
