I used Underground Printing to get custom apparel made for my Purdue student organization members. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire ordering process, from initial quote to final pick-up of the orders. Approving the artwork was easy. We received the custom items quickly after the order was placed and the items and custom prints/embroidery are of exceptional quality. All of the organization members are satisfied with the apparel. I would highly recommend this company for custom apparel needs.
I was very disappointed with my experience. When I placed my order I paid extra for shipping to get my order here quick. A day my order was supposed to arrive I got an email saying my package could not be delivered due to a snowstorm (which is fine), but I suspect my order would not have arrived on time anyway. I was in constant contact with a customer service rep trying to get information on my order, but nothing. Today my order arrives out of the blue. I never received any shipping or tracking information. The printing on the shirts is not very high quality and looks faded already despite being brand new. The entire process gave me the feeling this company is extremely disorganized.nnThe only reason I did not give 1 star is because the company did refund what I paid for expedited shipping, which I found very to be very professional and did appreciate.
