Loved the place! The staff are really nice and helpful and we found all the cats to be really active and joyful.nThe cats are really nice and the adoption procedure is fairly easy. Most of the cats they have are fairly young (between 2-6 months) and very well looked after.

This place is awesome! You get to go in and hang out, pet, and play with kittens and cats. What more could you want!

You get to hang out with cats, it's great. I've been here a few times and I've never been disappointed. The $7/hr fee helps cover food and medical care for the cats.

My wife and I have been going to TLC for the past 3 years now, and have even volunteered there when we had the time to spare. We've also personally adopted one of our two cats from TLC (Mrs. Bennett/Misty). This place deserves 5 stars purely because of the great adoption opportunities they offer the cats that live there. On top of that the staff/volunteers are friendly and hard-working. Yes, TLC has rules, but they're all for the benefit of the cats and visitors alike. While the coffee shop that used to be next door has closed, TLC has done their best to provide coffee and drinks for their patrons with admission. If you're turned off by a nominal fee of $4/$7 (half-hour/hour) for a non-profit, then perhaps this isn't the place for you. However, the money you spend at TLC helps the Humane Society of Huron Valley, regardless of whether you plan to adopt or not. This is truly a unique and special place that I'm proud to have in my town, and I hope it continues to be so in the years to come. Keep up the great work, TLC!

It is a nice quiet place to do some work and visit with cats. The cats do their own thing, so don't go expecting a kitty carnival. You can play and pet and sit with them. The cats are always ch going, which is good because it means they are getting adopted out. A nice place to go take a break.
