Never have my medicine that I get monthly ever in on time I agree that the pharmacy staff can be a little rude pharmacist Emily and Bobby are awesome but I drug having to come there every month and dealing with them people acting like I'm an inconvenience
I am a fellow pharmacy technician and know how hard working retail pharmacy can be, especially when corporations cut hours and staff and your workload keeps increasing - which is happening to almost everywhere these days. I've never had a mistake at this pharmacy with my medication and if there is ever a concern or question, a staff is always quick to give me a call about it. I've had a technician not be the friendliest and misunderstood me once, but everyone with a negative comment here consider these people aren't just dealing with your problems and just your prescriptions. They are dealing with anywhere from 200+ peoples insurance problems and prescriptions per day. Be patient!
