Honestly, I had some difficulty at first with getting my order of glass correct, but the folks at Ron's glass were so friendly and helpful, I stuck with them and am very grateful with their work. Ron is a great guy!

We scheduled to have the windshield replaced in our car. My wife and I brought two vehicles into town so we could do somethings to pass the time while we waited. We love an hour from Yankton. Upon arrival we were told that our windshield wasn't in. I understand that these things happen. What I don't understand is why we weren't called so we didn't make the drive. This is simply horrible customer service.nnWe went across the street to another glass shop. Hopefully they will not fail.
