I am a first-time car buyer and the staff at Lewis and Clark Ford were great! The salesman that helped me was so upfront and honest with all my questions and really put me at ease with the whole experience. In the end I felt like I got a really great deal on a 2019 Ford Escape and the salesman went above and beyond and delivered the car to me after agreeing to fix a chip in the windshield we noticed while test driving! I will definitely be returning next time i need a new vehicle!
I was there for a specific truck and Dylan had it ready and was very easy to work with. He let me take my time looking it over and answered any questions that I had.nThe buying process went well and the paperwork was quick.nOverall I had a good experience with them.
Worst experience ive ever had.came on for 1 hour app.3 days later pick up my truck battery is dead.didnt even make 20miles then same thing happened same codes they didnt drive it after.it died on me which it never did before i took it there.300 hundred dollars for nothing.called mang was told he didnt care
