I placed an order for pick up. Got no confirmation so I didnt even know if the order went through. Two days later I went back on line to see if I had to re-order. Found out it had been ready for 2 days. Sent my son to pick it up. Home depot called and the lady on the other end of the line was snippy and told me I had to call ahead to send someone else. Well I get that, but tell me how to call ahead when they never answer the phone? Irritated now. Maybe consider looking for a new store. St Johns maybe?
My husband and I went in this evening around 6:30 to get a quote and layout for our kitchen as we are about to remodel the entire room from floor to ceiling. The woman working in the department was extremely rude by telling us first we had to gut our kitchen before moving forward (ya we won't be gutting our kitchen before getting a quote) and then after that didn't scare us away she unwilling said we could get the process started but that she only has an hour left on her shift. We agreed to this and were understanding but then she was unable to log into any of the computers or so she said and then told us we would have to come back. We are very disappointed in this as we are looking to spend quite a bit of money. Also have loved Home Depot and have gone through them for all of our remodeling but that stops after tonight. Extremely disappointed.
