They were very prompt, the tech totally knowledgeable on a safe problem!nHe got us into our non-working safe very fast and fixed it like it was brand new! also gave us great advice on keeping the dial combo system rather than try to sell us a new lock. totally appreciated the honesty and help he provided us. I don't normally leave reviewsndecided to use this company after a quick google search. everything looked fine, good reviews and people seem to be happy with the service based on google reviews.nThe person they dispatched didn't seem to know what he was doing. basically he wasn't knowledgeable with what I wanted to do and wanted to do the minimum work for the highest price. The price he quoted me is at least 70% more than any other locksmith.
Simon called to verify our appointment an hour ahead. He set a time expectation and was in and out in no time . Very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone of my family and friends!!
