Love this store for my daughter! She loves to go!!

I have bought my daughter few 12 month pajamas in store few month ago. She has been wearing them on and off along with her other pajamas (carters, target...). This week, suddenly all of children's place pajamas started to have holes where her fingers are. All of them at the same time. This never happened with other brands which leads me to think that their quality of pajamas is good for a few month only.

DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD WITH THIS STORE! The store website advertises 30% off if you sign up for a credit card. Don't fall for it. It's a total gimmick. After getting approved for a card, and waiting in line for over a half hour, the store clerks were unable to give me my discount and said I'd have to call in to the store headquarters. So I tried to purchase everything on line from home and use the discount. I waited on hold for over a half hour only to be told that in order to get the 30% off, I'd have to pay full price and then call back in for a refund of the 30%. I cancelled the credit card and won't be shopping there again, which is sad b/c the clothes are adorbs. Oh well.

I rushed to Children's Place return an order I made online. Their return policy is 45 days which I assumed meant 45 days after delivery not 45 days after an order is placed. I noticed at the last minute that the recipiet had a date listed, which was 45 days after the order was placed and it was the last day. I drove there as fast as I could(the closest store is 9 miles away), got lost in the mall, and I finally found the store. It was 8:58 p.m. The door was locked and I could see the associates counting the register. I banged on the door until someone finally came. The lady who was working spoke to me through the glass door and said we're closed. I showed her on my phone that it was not 9 p.m. yet. I asked her to have the manager come to the door. He would not come. She came back and just said there's nothing we can do for you our register is already closed. I will never patronize the store again and I've already emailed my complaint to corporate and will be calling to complain Monday.

**DO NOT OPEN A CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY***They advertise that you receive a 30% off off your first online order if you apply for the credit card and are approved the paperwork also says it will automatically be taken off once your credit card once approved and your order has been placed. My 30% was never taken off my bill. After 3 long hours of talking to people who barely spoke English. They stated that there was an error and that because of this error they are unable to apply my 30% off to my account. They changed the rules for the 30% off and stated that you must apply for the credit card then call and get the number to apply it to your first online order and not to place the order. Also, because it is my first online order and that was the stipulation they stated I could not use it on my first order or any other order for that matter. Terrible customer service. Absolutely disgusted. I would have not placed the order if I would have known they were going to change their policy and I do not consider that my fault. I never write reviews and usually things happen but this is absolutely misleading and unethical. PS. They said what I could do is cancel the credit card go to a store return the items re apply for a new credit card and have the manager apply the 30 percent off at the time of repurchasing my items.nnUPDATE: I contacted the BBB and Childrens Place took care of the issue. But it took that in order to get it done.
