Billie Olsen was very helpful and knowledgeable about the gym. He is the kind of employee that will make me WANT TO COME BACK to this gym He Walked me through everything in my plan very well very nice at front desk. He smiled and was very talkative and I appreciate that as a man who values respect and curtesy and was very welcoming! Good experience because of him and the staff here at this vasa!!!
Vasa is great! A gym where I have been motivated to go to consistently and help m achieve my goals! The staff is always friendly as well.
Never had a problem here. The employees are younger but very respectful. I get a little nervous if it's busy and I have to wait for a machine, I carry a mask. All in all I would recommend this gym. 💓
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! My husband is a first responder and signed up with a few coworkers. When he took a new job further North we called to cancel his membership and several months later received a collections notice for the account they didn't cancel. When I called to speak with someone about it they gave me the run around and asked if I had any cancellation paperwork. Really!
