The employees are always nice did not have a problem previously when my boyfriend purchased his gun from this location but the staff really needs to pay better attention! I understand the no return policy on guns but with that being said your employees need to make sure the tiny details match up to the gun someone says they want. The one I wanted had a safety, the man went over everything with me I go upfront to pay thinking I was getting the gun I wanted which was by the same company but once I get home I notice there is no safety, it’s the same price as the one I told the man I wanted to purchase but it is a slightly different make of the gun with no safety. I called this morning knowing basically what I would be told with no sympathy. The employees don’t care because it’s not their problem! Be careful and triple check before making a gun purchase at this location.

Purchase the outdoors Deluxe processing kit from them. Not even 6 hours old went to go use the scissors in the handle broke. Call them up to talk to him about exchange even if it was just the scissors. Management didnot care and gave me the company of the manufacturer to do the exchange with them. Very poor customer service and I most likely probly won't go back because of it. I rather pay twice as much and get better customer service then pay half the price and get talked to like I'm a child. Very poor customer service!!!!
Been waiting for service in the firearms section since 9:30am. Its 11:41 now noone has helped anyone back here theres a line around the store and everyones waiting for service. This is getting dangerous because everyone is getting mad. What is wrong with this place? Or dunhams in general.
I can’t give zero stars sadly so they get one. This us by far the worst store I’ve ever been in. Sadly it’s the only sporting good store for miles so I actually ended up giving them a four-strikes and I’m never returning opportunity. There is no staff available, EVER, they’re in the store for sure, standing at the register and engrossed in rousing conversations with each other, but don’t expect any help. If you actually require something that necessitates assistance, be ready to wait at the front counter for no less than 1/2 an hour while they page assistance and no one shows up. It’s ridiculous.
