Very disappointed with how my daughters 17th birthday party went. I asked several times before I left how it would work for her and her five friends. They told me they would come to the table after a few and get their orders for drinks pizza and go by the number of people there. I was aware of the 7 people minimum limit which is fine. After an hr my daughter calls me saying they never came to the table to ask about drinks or pizza. I told her to go up to the counter which she did and was told to go order it from the pizza counter.... they also had to go back to ask for drinks which is supposed to be included as unlimited.nI came in to pay and tipped 16.00 which I shouldn’t have had they all told me the rest before hand because they did it all for themselves. Not one person came to assist them or ask how they were or if they needed anything. You would think for a party at the least they would be asked at least once if anything was needed especially stuff that’s included! Of course I called and got no where. If you don’t have the staff? Then say yes you can have a birthday party however you are in charge of getting your pizza and coming for drinks. Don’t tell me you’ll come for orders if that’s not what your doing now. They also did not receive any free bowling coupons like was advertised but hey she got her bowling pin that was on the table upon arrival with no marker for people to sign it.

OMG!!! What a festive and fun establishment to visit on our first date night during the evening!nnThe bowling alley is clean, exercising all of the proper covid-19 procedures with dividers at the registers and sanitizing in between customers.nnThe kind women running the bar service were very kind and welcoming. Also the kind women and girls making very delicious food were amazing too!nnThank you for the one of a kind first time experience for us at Monroe Sports Center!!!nnWe hope to visit again soon!

it was a very busy night so we called ahead and were told there would be lanes open in about an hour. we came after an hour and were told there should be lanes open in another hour and a half. the staff seemed very rude about it but we finally got a lane. i currently have a medical condition and am unable to throw the ball and began using one of the kid ramps so i could still have a fun night of bowling with everyone else. we started bowling and i got one ball down before someone came and told me i couldn’t use the ramp because i wasn’t a kid even though i told him that i was unable to throw the ball. very disappointing that we waited 2 1/2 hours, paid, and all i could do was watch everyone else bowl

Sadly, the last bowling alley we got here in monroe, not bad by any means and it's enjoyable, they have a very large menu because they're connected to the mugsys restaurant so you can get all sorts of good food, if you're looking for an easy good time with some friends, go get a couple lanes and order some pizza
