Today we sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before we received our order. We got back to work and the sandwich was prepared wrong. After driving back to Dundee Jimmy John's and now having to wait in an even longer line now 25 minute wait, I politely requested double meat for compensation for what we just went through. Then the manager came on and proceeded to tell me all they would do is give me a cookie.....They did not even apologize.
It's Jimmy John's. If you like sandwiches, or subway, you will probably like this place. They are fast, easy to order, and relatively inexpensive. I would highly recommend ordering online with an account so that you can cash in on rewards. I have never had a sandwich from this location that tasted anything short of fresh.
This location needs to get their act together. On my 10 visits over the past months they have screwed up my order twice!! They weren't busy either time, had no other customer in line. The manager tried his best but upon request to speak to owner it was denied. Highly recommend checking your order before you leave the window if you don't wait in line again.
Apparently they’re a sandwich shop that finds it acceptable to run out of bread...... not like it’s a key sandwich component. Even though I clearly saw bread and they were lying. Avoid this location at all costs!!!
Been going to Jimmy Johns for years. Not anymore. Meat/Tuna portions on the Sandwiches are half of what they used to be. So long Jimmy Johns!
