A million thank yous to the staff for helping my 5yr old daughter ❤ send the most perfect birthday gift to her grandmother. Meranda, Rosie and John were very helpful and had a go to attitude!nnWe just relocated from TN and are happy to call this new location our neighborhood store!

Past 4 months my prescriptions are not ready and I have to wait. Which is fine if I Lived in Town. But since I don't and do live 40 minutes away in the winter sometimes longer I have nothing or no where to go so I sit in my running truck. Wasting gas.

The store had much more staff than my Walgreens back home. That was so nice. I liked the new education fundraising t-shirt uniforms. It's also helpful that your pharmacy is open until 10.

I called Walgreens pharmacy to refill a prescription. I was told I was third in line while I was on hold. Then I was second. I was told there was one person ahead of me. I waited 33 minutes on the phone to reach the pharmacy. Then they hung up on me after I waited all this time. I called them back and ask for the store manager. Again I was just connected from Walgreens. I made the third call and finally talk to the store manager. He said his pharmacy is up in business by 25%. There was nothing he could do because of budget has not caught up with the volume in his pharmacy department. he never addressed the length of a phone call. All he told me there was nothing he could do. This is not the first time I had an issue with Walgreens. But I really like the staff always friendly I saw. So I put up with it for so long and now I have switched to Meijer. The store manager said he was sorry but nothing he could do. That is my last experience with Walgreens pharmacy.
