I am giving one star, because I cannot give zero.nnThey were busy, so I understand having to wait for my food. I do not understand why they insisted that we had our chicken tenders which were not included with our order. It felt bad when they made us search our bags twice while they watched. It felt worse when they rifled through our food 2 more times.nnMy husband mentioned the fact that our food is now getting cold and that is when they gave us our missing tenders. Our bags and food look crushed; and the fries & cheese curds are now spilled out in the bottom of the one of the bags.nnAll of this is frustrating, but for the employees to make us feel like we are being dishonest when they are the ones who made the mistake, ensures that we will not be returning customers.nnSadly I can still taste the burnt flavor of old deep fry oil as I am writing this review. PLEASE, at least change your fry oil regularly.nnHoping that management reads this, and with deep regret,nOrder 173

This Culvers has dramatically improved over the last two years. The location has taken great steps to make Covid19 seating safe. The food is spot on and the drive through moves smoothly. I eat Gluten free, so I enjoy the burgers with gluten free bun. I can not eat the fries, but the mashed potatoes with butter works.

I loved the creamy custard. The service was fast and helpful. Nice place to take kids.
