Called to set up an appointment to get my basement looked at for a quote. Set it up for 12 noon this past weekend, August 24th. At about 1:00 PM when no one had showed up or given us a call, both me and my boyfriend tried calling them. No answer to either of us, we tried at 1:00 at again at 1:30. Totally no-call, no-showed us. Never called us back, either. Not really sure how you're supposed to get any business if you don't show up or communicate with your customer.
After doing some extensive research on the Internet, I finally narrowed it down North American Coating Solutions as the best company for the job.nThe owner was very fast to respond, and very helpful with pricing.nFirst he came by and gave me a quote. One week after speaking to the owner, him and a small crew were ready to go to work. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to finish the job. Must of been about 4 or 5 hours. Now I probably have the coolest looking basement in the neighborhood.nMy favorite part was how clean the crew was while working. Seriously not a drop of dust anywhere when they were all done.nnI would definitely use North American Coating Solutions again, probably next time to do my garage floor.
