I left my dress with them 2 years ago and have never heard back! Got the run around for several months and now I can't get ahold of anyone. Thieves!!
I sent a dress there after an unexpected cancellation of my wedding. The dress was beautiful and I had hoped some woman would love it and be able to wear it and have an amazing and beautiful wedding. It is now 6 months later - and I was told it didn’t sell, so come get the dress. Ok, I’ve made every arrangement to get the dress... then miraculously, a woman was interested and put a deposit down. A week later, I inquired again and the sale fell through. Ok, then I’ll come get the dress. But - no, more delays. Then after not hearing from them again for weeks, I’m told it was actually stolen from the store. I’ve gotten the run around for MONTHS- no clear answer, no dress and no compensation. Do NOT trust this company to consign your stuff!!!!!
The owner was amazing and so nice! I loved it and she has an amazing selection of dresses!
